• Open the GLO vial and apply a thin layer of the gel to both the bottom and top front teeth. Do not worry about ingesting the gel, it is safe and can be swallowed.
• Now all you need to do is press the GLO button to turn on the device. The mouthpiece will be illuminated, place in your mouth for 8 minutes. The device is programmed to automatically switch off after 8 minutes. Repeat the process three times.
